With the previous building from project 2A, room tag is added to identify room space and room area. Step is repeated for two floors, ground and first.
Furniture layout plan is created to place furniture by duplicating the floor plans with detailing and rename.
Visibility is changed in ground floor and first floor plan in order to hide furniture in the plans but only show in furniture layout plan. Filter is then created to highlight furniture components in colour.
'Furniture Layout' filter is added in the filter tab under the visibility/graphic in ground floor furniture layout plan.
Line colour is changed to red to highlight furniture component.
Furniture is then load to the floor plan.
Furniture appear to be in red.
New schedule is created for furniture and room.
Type, Level and Count fields is added in the schedule properties.
Sorting/grouping settings is then changed according to the importance.
The schedule is then created.
Next, an exploded view is created by duplicating the 3D view and rename it first.
The components are then selected and pull out to create exploded isometric. Then paths are added to define the exploded path.
Then, sections are created by putting the section lines into the floor plan.
Two section drawings are created.
Callout sections are also created showing the section details of window and curtain wall.
Camera is added on the plan for sectional perspectives, exterior perspectives and interior perspectives.
The view is then adjust using the section box and the crop region box. Sectional perspectives, external perspectives and internal perspectives are adjusted using both of it.
For the phasing stage. Demolish is added after existing stage.
The phase filters and graphic overrides settings are changed according to the settings provided.
The phases settings are changed under the properties tab showing different visibility for different phases.
Same settings are applied on the 3D view.
After everything is created, every drawings are dragged into the A1 paper title block for documentation.
